IMO Level 1 Beachmaster Training
As well as our bespoke training we are also accredited to deliver the IMO (International Maritime Organisation) Level 1 Beachmaster training course.
This course will equip your personnel with the skills to deal with a shoreline or harbour spill and clean up operation, to organise others and to understand and implement the procedures to get back to normal operations as quickly as possible.

Engineer and Operator Training Programmes
Vikoma is able to offer comprehensive training programmes to meet your company needs.
The programmes are designed to give the trainees;
- an all round view of oil spill response and the industry
- an in‐depth insight into the reasons and methods of equipment design and manufacture
- practical experience of manufacture of oil spill equipment
- skills to enhance their ability to respond to an oil spill
Alongside this, trainees will be given the opportunity to shadow key staff in the Vikoma organisation to give them further understanding of the workings of the international oil spill response industry.
