To this end, the company plans some change, a major part of which is the co-location of its internal sales, engineering and manufacturing functions at its site at Cowes, on the Isle of Wight. This move will facilitate a unified operational platform in order to exploit working efficiencies and take advantage of the expertise and resources available. This will provide a basis from which its restructured external sales function will work to gain market share and progress to the next level of development.
