This intensive course combines theoretical and practical elements.
The course is generally held over three days and can be staged either at Vikoma's site on the Isle of Wight or at clients' premises, subject to suitable facilities and equipment being available.
Delegates who pass the course will be awarded IMO Level 1 Beachmaster accreditation and certification and will be able to co-ordinate and supervise an oil spill clean-up operation in a shoreline or harbour situation.

The course is taught using a variety of learning methods, including workshop sessions involving the whole class, video presentations, demonstrations and practical sessions.
